On a new episode of All Access presented by the Iowa Events Center, music promoter and owner of First Fleet Concerts Sam Summers talks about the extensive renovations and updates made to the historic Val Air Ballroom in West Des Moines. The nearly 100 year old music venue is set to re-open its doors to the public on February 29 with its first concert in more than a year.
