Andrew Downs, known to listeners as AD, began producing Murph and Andy in 2011 and has been with them ever since. After a 15-year career in radio, during which he oversaw an expansion of local shows and station reach, AD hung up the headphones in search of greener pastures. He landed at AKC Marketing in Johnston where he coordinates merchandise needs for a variety of companies and organizations. AD is a nearly lifelong resident of Urbandale where he lives with his wife Judy, son Charlie, and daughter Ginny.

Chris Hassel

Chris Hassel grew up a Hawkeye fan in Muscatine and spent the first 3 decades of his life in Iowa. After 5 years at WHO-TV in Des Moines, he went to ESPN, where he anchored SportsCenter for nearly 5 years. 

Since 2017, he has been an anchor at CBS Sports HQ. He has also been a play-by-play voice for CFB and CBB on CBS Sports Network, ESPN, Stadium, and Learfield.
